We started this firm believing that access to legal advice should be affordable, transparent, and friendly. After years of working in the legal field, we felt that the traditional law firm model was failing the average consumer and wanted to provide a different, better experience. We believe that legal planning should be accessible and affordable so that families and businesses avoid the high costs of failing to plan.
We know you are busy and because we are committed to making it as easy as possible for you to work with us, we utilize technology and virtual office space so that we can connect with you wherever in the world you may be.
Legal Field Guide’s mission is to provide the education, counsel, and support necessary to minimize risk and maximize opportunity so that families and businesses motivated to improve their communities may be successful.
We will meet you where you are and educate and empower you so you may avoid pitfalls and seize opportunities.
We know you have goals, we'll help you reach them.
Lisa has been working in the legal industry for over 20 years. She started her career as a receptionist in a law firm while attending undergraduate school at Boise State University, and then worked as a paralegal in a civil litigation firm practicing business litigation and personal injury.
She also worked at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in the Career Services office advising law students and graduates and connecting them with law firms and government organizations in San Diego. She graduated law school, magna cum laude, and then realized her dream of starting her own firm with a client-focused approach.
Lisa became an attorney to help people solve their problems. Listening, understanding and finding answers for people brings her a deep sense of joy. After having her daughter and discovering how a lack of planning had negatively affected so many people, she was drawn to estate planning. She feels a need to educate individuals and families about the process and help them create a plan to provide for their loved ones.
Lisa's strong entrepreneurial spirit led her to start her own firm and help others with their business ventures. She is excited by people with great ideas who want to improve their communities and will passionately support those committed to that goal.
